I'm Tommy Roberson — a 20-year ministry veteran, church planter, and Executive Pastor with a proven track record in operations, logistics, and organizational leadership.
I bring a rare combination of relational depth, executive experience, and honest clarity to every engagement. I've been in those hard moments. I know what it takes to get through them.
I started a church with 10 people in a living room and watched it grow to over 1,000. Along the way, I learned that the hardest seasons aren't detours — they're the curriculum. Every great leader has a wilderness story.
