I'm Tommy Roberson, a 20-year ministry veteran, church planter, and Executive Pastor with a proven track record in operations, logistics, and organizational leadership.

I was eleven the night I heard the back door open and watched my dad, a strong and respected pastor, come home from a deacons' meeting carrying something nobody else in the house noticed. We made popcorn. We watched baseball. Neither of us said much. The question that settled on me that night took twenty years of ministry to answer: why isn't there a pastor for the pastors?
The Lonely Chair is my answer, and it isn't a framework. It's my life.
